Woodbridge North Lake is part of the Woodbridge Village Association (WVA) which started in 1976. The Association encompasses 1,700 acres and features approximately 18 parks and 22 pools, two "landmark" lakes and swimming lagoons, two beach clubs (with boat docks), 24 tennis courts, plus many other recreational amenities for use by the residents. North Lakes Lagoon pool is actually fed by a natural hot water spring making it several degrees warmer than the South Lake Lagoon pool. The Irvine Company started planning Woodbridge Village in 1973 and is considered within the Irvine Company as probably the bell winner of the company.
North Woodbridge Lake hosts the unique "WATERS"
dining restaurant , which cantilever design, makes it appear

acts as the launching point for a foot bridge overpass to Woodbridge
